Beloved wife of the late Stephen John Charlett; dearly loved mum of Rachel and cherished grandmother of Alex. A Service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held at St Chad's Church, Dunholme on Friday 7th October at 12:45pm followed by cremation at Lincoln Crematorium. No flowers by request please.
